“Declaration of Independence was the basic document of Armenia”

Twenty years ago the Supreme Council of the Republic of Armenia adopted a very important document having significant program and legal force, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Dean of YSU Department of History Edik Minasyan told a press conference congratulating everybody on the Declaration of Independence Day.

The historian stressed that the Declaration of Independence of the Republic of Armenia laid the foundations for establishment of Republic of Armenia independent statehood.

According to the expert, the Declaration of Independence was the basic document of the Republic of Armenia.
