FIDE Grand Prix: Elina Danielian has scored 7.5 points

Elina Danielian beat Martha Fierro with white pieces in Round 9 of FIDE Grand Prix in Doha. Danielian keeps leading the tournament with 7.5 points. 

Lilit Mkrtchian beat Zhu Chen and shares the 7th-8th places with Martha Fierro with 4 points. Batkhuyag Munguntuul beat Pia Cramling and Maia Chiburdanidze drew with Antoaneta Stefanova.

Nana Dzagnidze comes fourth with 5 points. She is followed by Pia Cramling and Maia Chiburdanidze with 4.5 points each. Batkhuyag Munguntuul has scored 3.5 points and comes ninth. Xu Yuhua and Antoaneta Stefanova have scored 3 points each and Zhu Chen comes last with 2.5 points.

Elina Danielian will play with Pia Cramling and Lilit Mkrtchian with Humpy Koneru in Round 10 to be held today.
