NKR people should exercise its right to self-determination

The possibility of peaceful realization of Nagorno Karabakh people’s right to self-determination is the only way to resolve the conflict, President Serzh Sargsyan stated.

“The conflict has a single solution ensuring the possibility of peaceful realization of the internationally recognized right of Nagorno Karabakh people to self-determination, no matter how many difficulties and obstacles we meet,” S. Sargsyan told a joint press conference with Swiss President Micheline Calmy-Rey.

Commenting upon the results of the tripartite presidential meeting in Sochi, S. Sargsyan said: “I hope that this time the Azerbaijani authorities will show consistency and their actions will coincide with their words.”
