Armen Brutyan becomes champion of Brazil

Armenian chess player Armen Brutyan, 17, won the title of champion in the Brazilian Under-18 Chess Championships hosted by Foz do Iguaçu. Brutyan had no loss and scored 5 points out of 6. He won the right to represent Brazil in this year's World Youth Chess Championship and American Continental Championship, armchess.am reported.
