Hraparak: Arsen Galstyan to take place of Margar Ohanyan

Hraparak daily reports that rumors were spread on Monday that today the chief of police will sign a decree appointing commander of OMON (Special Purpose Police Unit) Arsen Galstyan as head of traffic police.

Galstyan is a freedom fighter, the paper said. “Perhaps that is why Alik Sargsyan has preferred him. The chief of police thinks that a person who has passed through war will be able to establish order in the traffic police sector after Margar has been dismissed.”
