Levon Aronian at London tournament

In the 7th and 8th rounds of Classical Chess Armenian GM Levon Aronyan ended in draw with Anand and Howell. Currently Aronian has 8 scores and shares the 5th-6th places with world champion Vishvanatan Anand.

During the reporting periods world former champ Vladimir Kramnik recorded success. He defeated Howell and McShane and received 15 points becoming the leader of the tournament list. Magnus Carlsen took the second place with 13 points.
Short has received 5, Howell 4 and Adams 3 points.

Today, in the last round Aronian will meet with Kramnik, McShane with Anand, Nakamura with Adams and Short with Carlsen.
