Selim Pass hardly passable because of strong wind

As of March 29, 17:30 all the republican and international roads and mountain passes are passable, informs the RA Transport and Communication Minsitry.

Attention: Selim pass is still hard to overcome because of the strong wind. Road cleaning works are being implemented.
