Vardan Ghukasyan beats up head of his administration

The present mayor of Gyumri, Vardan Ghukasyan, beat up Boris Alexanov, the head of his administration, for becoming friends with the newly elected mayor, Samvel Balasanyan.

Zhoghovurd writes, however, that Lilit Aghekyan, Ghukasyan’s spokesperson, denied the rumor.
