''Ter-Petrosian not to stand as presidential candidate''

According to “Irates de Facto”, the leader of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Levon Ter-Petrosian has made a decision not to put up his candidacy for President.

“The uncertainty in the Congress now is said to have deepened since everyone wants to ask the others the question: if the candidate is not Ter-Petrosian, then who is it? The snowball of contradictions in the path of searching for “who” is rolling and gradually increasing. Nothing will remain of the Congress, until the “favorite” candidate of Ter-Petrosian is found”.
