Diaspora Minister “Best Minister of the Year”

Surveys carried out by a number of NGOs and persons show that Armenia’s Minister of Diaspora Ms. Hranush Hakobian was recognized as ‘Best Minister of the Year” for her compassionate approach to problems of Syrian Armenians and her efficient work, the Ministry of Diaspora reported.
