Roads barely passable

All motorways of Armenia are mostly barely passable, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

As of 10:00 am today, the Selim mountain pass, Berd-Chambarak and Aragyugh-Buzhakan motorways, intercommunity roads in Shirak province, and Sotk-Karvachar motorway were closed.

Sisian-Goris Highway is closed because of the snowstorm and poor visibility.
Road cleaning work is underway.

According to the Emergency Situation Department of Georgia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs, Stepantsminda-Lars Highway is closed.

Drivers are being urged not to drive on the abovementioned roads.
