Putin gives instructions to sign military-technical agreement with Armenia

The Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved the government’s proposal to conduct negotiations with the aim of signing an agreement on military-technical cooperation with Armenia, Regnum news agency reports.

According to the source, by the decision of the Russian president, following the negotiations an agreement will be signed with Armenia.
