High-ranking military officers from Diaspora to arrive in Armenia

A number of high-ranking military officers from the Diaspora, namely Lieutenant General Norat Ter-Grigorian, Lieutenant General Vladimir Chobanian, and Major General Roman Harutyunian from Russia, Brigadier General Panos Manjian from Lebanon, Admiral Hernan Couyoumjian from Chile, and Colonel Rubik Galstanian from France will arrive in Armenia on January 25 to participate in the festivities to mark the 21st anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of Armenia, the press service of the Defense Ministry of Armenia reports.
