Health minister once again visits Andrias Ghukasian

Minister of Heath Prof. Derenik Dumanian once again visited today the presidential candidate Andrias Ghukasian who is on hunger strike, the press service of the Ministry of Health reports.

The minister asked about the health of Ghukasian, after which he informed the presidential candidate that at this phase of his hunger strike, irreversible changes may start in his organism at any moment and lead to grave consequences.
Following the visit D. Dumanian held a consultation with the participation of leading experts. The experts expressed concern about Ghukasian’s health.

After the consultation Minister Dumanian took a decision that a car equipped with resuscitation equipment and a team of resuscitation experts should be on 24-hour duty at the place where Ghukasian is on hunger strike.

The Ministry of Health once again urged Andrias Ghukasian to end his hunger strike and undergo laboratory examination in a hospital.
