Arman Melikian decides not to appeal to Constitutional Court

The former presidential candidate Arman Melikian wrote on his Facebook page that he will not appeal to the Constitutional Court.

According to Melikian, the reason is not that they don’t have enough evidence of massive election fraud, but that the so-called legal system has nothing to do with justice – it is a “dead” system.

“My lawsuit is ready, the evidence is more than convincing, but judges have no moral right to judge. I have had unfortunate experiences since 2008 when I appealed to Armenia’s Constitutional Court in an attempt to restore the right of citizens who are outside Armenia to vote in elections,” Melikian wrote.

In conclusion, he says that the decision of his team does not mean that they have accepted the situation; they just see other ways of establishing justice.
