Sargsyan ratifies decision on Tsolakian’s appointment as Shirak governor

President Serzh Sargsyan ratified today the Armenian government’s decision about the appointment of Felix Tsolakian as Governor of Shirak province.

In accordance with a March 6 decree of the Armenian President, Felix Tsolakian was relieved of his post as Deputy Director of the National Security Service, the presidential press service reports.
