Man armed with knife tries to break into Armenian parliament

A man armed with a cold weapon made an attempt to break into Armenia’s parliament. Security guards used firearms when preventing the man from entering the grounds of the National Assembly, Hraparak.am reports. According to witnesses, two shots were fired.

Police said a police task force was sent to the scene.
