Former prime minister appointed director of Geoteam CJSC

Lydian International Limited has appointed Armen Sargsyan Director and Board member of its 100% owned subsidiary, Geoteam CJSC, which is an Armenian mineral exploration and development company, according to Banks.am.

Armen Sargsyan served as the Prime Minister of Armenia in 1996-1997. Prior to that, he was the Armenian ambassador to the UK.

Besides, Armen Sargsyan is Co-Founder and President of London-based Eurasia House International that provides expert advice and facilitates projects in the Eurasia region and internationally.
