Police arrest man wanted for 16 years

At about 5:30 pm on March 27, Armenian police arrested 40-year-old Seryozha N. in a house on Nairian Street in the city of Sevan. The man was wanted by the police of Russia since April 21, 1997 after being charged with inflicting injuries on a Russian citizen, according the press service of Armenian police.
