HAK activist Tigran Arakelian released for three days

By a decision of the Cassation Court, Tigran Arakelian, an activist of Armenian National Congress (HAK) who is serving a six-year sentence, has been released for three days in connection with his father’s funeral, Aysor.am was informed by Arsen Babayan, the head of the press service of Armenia’s Judicial Department.
