New spokesman for Armenian president appointed

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed decree on relieving the spokesman for the President of Armenia Armen Arzumanian of his duties.

By another presidential decree, Arman Saghatelian has been appointed the spokesman for the President of Armenia, the presidential press service reports.
