Iravunk: Elections to Council of Elders are profitable business

The elections to Yerevan Council of Elders are a profitable business for some of the participants, according to “Iravunk” newspaper. Reliable sources of the paper said that Armenian National Congress (HAK) Party has sold its seats in dozens of election commissions to Prosperous Armenia Party, which will defend HAK’s interests in return for that.
