Armenian president receives speaker of Kuwaiti parliament

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan received today a delegation headed by Speaker of Kuwait’s National Assembly Ali Fahd Ali-Rashid, the presidential press service reports.

Serzh Sargsyan stated that the agreements reached during his visit to Kuwait in 2009 are successfully implemented, with embassies operating in two countries. He said the second meeting of the Armenian-Kuwaiti intergovernmental commission will be held in Kuwait this year to discuss the current programs and prospects of developing cooperation in various spheres.

The sides also discussed regional problems and challenges.
