Commission for transparency of spring draft set up

By on order of Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanian, a commission has been set up to ensure transparency and legality of the military draft in the spring of 2013 and to deal with problems rapidly.

The Head of the Public Council of the Defense Ministry, advisor to the minister Gegham Harutyunian has been appointed chairman of the commission, according to the press service of Defense Ministry.

The commission will hold sittings in the office of the Defense Ministry’s Public Council at 5 Moskovian Street in Yerevan, on Mondays and Thursdays from 11 am to 4 pm.

Complaints and applications can be filed to the Public Council on working days.
