Electricity price increases in Armenia

At the sitting today, the Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia approved the new tariffs of electricity.

By the commission’s decision, the day tariff of a kwh for the population is 38 AMD instead of the previous tariff of 30 AMD. The night tariff is 28 AMD instead of previous 25 AMD.

The decision takes effect on July 7, 2013.
