Prime minister and Russian ambassador discuss integration processes

Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received today Russian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Volynkin. According to the government press service, the prime minister expressed hope that relations between the two countries will deepen during the recently appointed ambassador’s tenure. “We are interested in implementing joint programs aimed at further development and extension of relations,” Tigran Sargsyan said.

The interlocutors discussed a number of issues on the agenda of bilateral cooperation, particularly the integration processes within the framework of CIS and the EU as well as energy and financial projects.
