Municipality provides 16 medical institutions with new equipment

On the initiative of Yerevan Municipality, allocations were provided from the Yerevan budget for the first time for the purchase of medical equipment for medical institutions of the city, the Yerevan Municipality’s press service said.

44 devices, including 15 biochemical analyzers and 7 ultrasonic devices, were given to 16 medical institutions.

The purchase of cardiac ultrasound equipment is essential for early diagnosis and prevention of cardiovascular diseases as the medical institutions of Yerevan Municipality previously had no such equipment.
