At the suggestion of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, the deputy of Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) parliamentary faction Vahe Hakobian was proposed to be appointed as Governor of Syunik Province. HHK spokesman Edward Sharmazanov made that announcement, summarizing the results of the HHK Executive Body sitting held last evening.
“He is a good friend. Vahe Hokobian will work efficiently while holding this responsible position. He has a serious work experience as a deputy. He is a Candidate of Economics and enjoys respect of Syunik residents,” Sharmazanov said.
Vahe Hakobian is the son of director of Kajaran Copper and Molybdenum Enterprise Maxim Hakobian.
