Zhamanak: Ex-governor of Syunik not to become deputy

‘Zhamanak’ writes that former governor of Syunik province Suren Khachatrian will not nominate himself as a deputy of the Armenian parliament. As is known, by the decision of President Serzh Sargsyan, the deputy elected from electoral district No. 38 Vahe Hakobian has been appointed governor of Syunik province.
