Norayr Yolchian appointed head of rear of Armenia’s armed forces

By a decree of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Colonel Norayr Yolchian has been appointed the head of the rear of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia. A five-year contract has been signed with Norayr Yolchian, the presidential press service said.
