Hail damages sown areas in Arteni village

20 hectares of sown areas in Arteni village were damaged by a hailstorm that hit Aragatsotn province of Armenia around 7:00 pm on August 2, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.

The head of the agriculture unit of Aragatsotn regional administration was notified of the damage whose scale is being assessed now.

The indicated area is not under control of the Service of Active Impact on Atmospheric Phenomena state non-profit organization.
