3.5 magnitude earthquake strikes near city of Akhalkalaki

At 8:35 pm local time yesterday, a 3.5 magnitude earthquake struck neighboring Georgia. The earthquake occurred 25 km east of the city of Akhalkalaki and measured 5 on the Richter scale at its epicenter, according the press service of Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations.

No damage or victims were reported.
