Narek Varzhapetian earlier kidnapped in Syria released

Narek Varzhapetian who was kidnapped in Syria 6 weeks ago has been released, according to information on Facebook page of Stepan Varzhapetian, Narek’s father, Yerakouyn.com reported.

The situation in Syria remains tense. The correspondent of Azdak in Damascus reports that last week the city was isolated from the outside world, with the Internet and mobile phone systems being cut off.

There is a fuel shortage in the city.
