Tovmasian: We must prove our right to live independently to world

Armenian Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasian sent today a congratulatory address on the occasion of Armenia’s Independence Day.

September 21st is the key holiday for us. 22 years ago, with enormous fait in the future and an aspiration to decide our destiny, we said yes to the independence of our country,’ the address says.

According to the minister, overcoming many difficulties and hardships over the past 22 years, the Armenian people proved their right to independence to the world. He stressed that 22 years ago an important decision was taken before the future generations.

“Today we are responsible for our country, our land, and our people. And today we must prove to the world that our people have the right to live independently and be the arbiters of their own destiny,’ Hrayr Tovmasian’s address reads.
