Moscow plans to expand military presence in Armenia

‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ paper writes that Moscow plans to expand its military presence in Armenia. The Russian 102nd military base located in the city of Gyumri will be equipped with additional personnel soon. According to the paper, the number of servicemen and their family members to arrive in Gyumri will make 2,500-3,000.
