Hraparak: Minister lied without blinking an eye

'Hraparak’ paper writes that an important event took place in Armenia’s National Assembly yesterday – Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Yuri Vardanian visited the parliament.

“The legend behaved like a classic Armenian official. He lied without blinking an eye. He declared that he was absent from the ‘government hour’ in the parliament only twice. Yet during the Q&A session, Yiri Vardanian said he was present at a parliamentary sitting for the first time,” the paper says.
