168 Hours: Arzmanian considers Postanjian’s conduct intolerable

Commenting on the behavior of Heritage faction’s deputy Zaruhi Postanjian in the PACE, Armenian parliamentary deputy, former Foreign Minister of Armenia Alexander Arzumanian told ‘168 Hours’: “There are some diplomatic norms and diplomatic behavior. It is intolerable to ask such questions at an international podium”.
