Ceremony of Oath Taking of Young Diplomats in NKR MFA

On October 7, 2013, a solemn ceremony of oath taking of young diplomats took place in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic where the applicants who had passed the MFA external competition in June, 2013 participated.

According to the NKR Law on Diplomatic Service , by order of the NKR Minister of Foreign Affairs, the applicants who have successfully completed the probation period prescribed by law were awarded the first diplomatic rank of attache and received the MFA I.D.-s, the press service of the NKR MFA said.
