Health Ministry: No cholera cases reported in Armenia

The correspondent of Aysor.am was informed by Armenian Health Ministry that no cholera cases were reported by Meghri and Zvartnots checkpoints in Armenia.

Cholera bacteria were found in Iran. Armenian Health Ministry has taken the necessary measures to prevent cholera from spreading to Armenia.

According to official data, 210 cholera cases were reported in Iran. Most of the patients are citizens of Afghanistan. The infectious disease penetrated Iranian territory from Afghanistan and Pakistan.
