574 convicts released under amnesty

In accordance with the October 3, 2013 decision of the RA National Assembly on Declaration of a General Amnesty on the occasion of the 22nd Anniversary of the Republic of Armenia, 574 convicts were released from penal institutions of Justice Ministry as of 6:00 pm, October 24.
