Police detain HAK office intruder

The Armenian police detained Arsen Ohanian, 56, who yesterday broke into the head office of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Party. He was reportedly armed with a knife.

The man was detained on Tumanian Street in Yerevan, the police said. He confessed to the crime. Two knifes with 11-cm blades were found on him.
