James Warlick: Favorable conditions created

The elections held in Armenia and Azerbaijan have created favorable conditions for the resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. There was no such opportunity until recently, the U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick said in an interview with the Trend news agency.

He expressed hope that an opportunity for a meeting of the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan will be created by late 2013. According to James Warlick, the negotiations should be conducted based on a document on the fundamental principles.
