Nuclear power plant resumes generating electricity

At 11:20 am on November 10, electricity generation was resumed at the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant that was connected again to the power grid, according to Armenian Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.

Measures to raise the plant’s safety as well as its refueling and scheduled repair were completed.

Let us remind you that with the aim of carrying out safety measures, refueling and scheduled repair, the nuclear power plant was disconnected from the grid at 1:20 am on September 22.
