Armenian GMs participate in Chennai tournament

GM Levon Babujian scored 7.5 points out of 11 and took 8th place among 114 participants at the open held in Chennai, India.

GM Samvel Ter-Sahakyan earned 7, GM Hovik Hayrapetyan and WGM Karina Ambartsumova – 6.5 points each, Armenia’s Chess Federation said.

The winner of the tournament with 9 points was FM Chithambaram Aravindh (India).
