NSS employee hits pedestrian with his car, criminal case opened

A criminal case was opened under Article 242 part 1 of the Criminal Code, the Special Investigation Service said.

The investigation revealed that around 1:00 pm on November 12, 2013, A. D., a non-commissioned officer of Armenia’s National Security Service, struck a pedestrian with his Toyota car on Tigran the Great Avenue of Yerevan. The man suffered serious injuries. An investigation is underway.
