Hit-and-run driver surrenders to police

The Martuni police station was informed on November 3 that Armen Torosian, 45, died after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on Sevan-Martuni-Getap road, the Armenian police said.

Arman H., 38, came to an investigation department on December 10. He said that around 10:30 pm on November 3 he struck an unknown man with his car and upon realizing that the man died, he took off.

An investigation is underway.
