NKR defense minister meets with Igor Popov and Nicolas Fleury

Defense Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Movses Hakobian received today the Russian Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.

The interlocutors discussed the negotiating process on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, the press service of NKR Defense Ministry said.

According to the source, M. Hakobian also received the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mission in the NKR Nicolas Fleury.
