Hraparak: Arkady Ghukasian may become next president of NKR

A decision has already been taken that ex-President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Arkady Ghukasian ,who together with Serzh Sargsyan is currently on a visit to Seoul, will be the next president of the NKR. Ghukasian has always been a connecting link between Robert Kocharian and Serzh Sargsyan, ‘Hraparak’ paper says.

The paper’s sources found it difficult to say whether this ‘bridge’ remains intact after the latest developments.
