MFA: Azerbaijan implements provocative and irresponsible policy

Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian and Foreign Minister of Nagorno Karabakh Karen Mirzoyan met in Yerevan today. The sides summarized the results of their cooperation last year and mapped out the further directions of cooperation, according to the press service of Armenian Foreign Ministry.

E. Nalbandian and K. Mirzoyan also discussed the measures aimed at a peaceful resolution of the Karabakh conflict and the current situation because of Azerbaijan’s destructive position in the negotiating process.

The two foreign ministers spoke about the latest incident on the line of contact that left a Karabakh serviceman dead. They assessed the Azerbaijani side’s attacks as yet another manifestation of its provocative and irresponsible policy as well as an attempt to hinder the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers’ talks planned for this week.
