Sotk-Karvachar and Hnaberd-Geghadzor roads closed

Interstate and republican motorways of Armenia were mainly passable as of 9:00 am today, Ministry of Transport and Communication reported.

Alagyaz-Artik and Alagyaz-Melikgyugh motorways and some sections of the Selim (Vardeniats) mountain pass were barely passable. Motorists should avoid these roads.

Sotk-Karvachar and Hnaberd-Geghadzor motorways are closed.

Stepantsminda-Lars Highway is open only for vehicles with up to 30 seats, according to Georgian Department of Emergency Situations.
